Our research focuses on the development of bio-inspired and bio-derived materials to meet unmet needs in treating and diagnosing disease. We strive to use chemistry and engineering approaches to iteratively design, synthesize, characterize, evaluate and validate next-generation biomaterials with the goal of making a translational impact on improving human health.

Current Opportunities
1. Postdoc position: We are seeking to recruit an outstanding postdoctoral fellow with a Ph.D. in the field of biology or chemistry and want to work in the area of nanoparticle-mediated drug delivery.

2. Ph.D. position: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Ph.D. candidate with a recent MSc or MTech degree with previous experience in molecular biology techniques (cloning, expression, and purification) and cell culture techniques.
Interested student can send his/her CV with the statement of purpose to jayanta@iitd.ac.in and apply through IIT Delhi Ph.D. programme.
Note: Ph.D. candidates must have their own fellowship such as CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR JRF.
